During the 8 week meditation series, we will explore each chakra and it’s benefits. Each weekly meditation is designed to release and remove any blockages, using relaxation techniques and mantras to bring balance and well-being to your energy centre.

– Description of each Chakra and how it relates to your life
– What the difference is between a Healthy and Imbalanced Chakra
– We’ll touch on the physical, mental & emotional issues of Chakras and how they can affect you in your daily life
– 1 hour Meditation to cleanse, balance & energise each Chakra
– Mantra to support the healing process
– Positive Affirmations that you can use throughout the week to support your meditation practice
– Plus so much more!

– Yoga Mats, Cushions & Throws will be provided for comfort
Duration
The series runs for 8 weeks generally on a Monday night from 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm.
