Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes earlier to get settled.
Time: 6.45pm – 8.00pm.
Special introductory offer – 4 weeks – $70. You don’t have to be a professional yogi to attend or to reap the benefits.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring water for hydration and your lovely Selves! Look forward to seeing you on the mat.

Is a beautiful gentle nurturing style of yoga, where we target the deeper layers of our being. While holding poses for a period of anywhere from 2 – 5 minutes the deeper layers of our connective tissue enjoy the hydration (energy) that is released through our nadis (energy channels).
While the original style of Yin yoga props are not used, we do provide them for your comfort allowing you to be supported in any pose. The best part is, you don’t have to be a professional yogi to enjoy the benefits, as classes can be catered to for all ages and abilities.
