I highly recommend the Reiki level 1 course with Kathryn Walder! I met Kat when I went to her practice to have Reiki healing done, and had been continuing to see her as the Reiki sessions with her were making a real and positive difference to my life. I have always been interested in this ancient hands on healing method, and when Kat told me she ran certified training workshops – I decided to give it a try.
The workshops ran over 4 weeks for 3 hours each week and were very thorough in terms of the theory and the practical. I liked how the history of Reiki and all aspects of sound practice were included. By the time we came to actually practice Reiki on a fellow student, I felt as prepared as I could be (I also had great feedback from this student, which gave me a lot of confidence). I am considering the Level 2 training which will enable me to charge for my services – but at this stage it is wonderful having this tool at my disposal for Self Reiki and to help loved ones.    Sally – 7/12/2016

My Angel Card reading with Kathryn was very profound and spot on.  She connected and read for me on a very intuitive level and gave me great insight and guidance towards my next steps. This proceeded with a session of chakra balancing work in which I felt very safe and comfortable in Kathryn’s healing hands. I felt the shift in energies in my chakras and felt much lighter and invigorated after the treatment. The highlight for me was receiving guided messages from Kathryn and guides.   I highly recommend Kathryn’s services and felt very welcomed into her home.

Hi Kat,

Sorry it’s taken me so long to email you. It’s been a hectic week but I’m just about packed and ready to head to the airport.

I forgot to mention after the Energy Gridline upgrade, I felt my jaw loosen a bit too which I really needed, so that was great.

As I haven’t had a lot of time this week, I was aware after your treatment that I was more firm / definite with what I wanted and needed to achieve and people actually listened to me for a change.  I think the Universe was guiding me, so I got that message loud and clear and made some adjustments.  I was definitely clearer on what my priorities were after your treatment and was very thankful for the clarity – it made my week run so much better.

Thank you so much for a lovely weekend, I loved the intuitive way that you taught the Reiki Master/Teacher level 3 and that you are so down to earth and yet committed to teaching traditional methods as they are meant to be taught.  It made the learning environment relaxed enough to make mistakes and ask lots of questions and get there in the end.  I am not able to put a value on the experience and the gift of Reiki teaching that you have passed on to us as it is priceless and I would wholly recommend you to others who are ready to take the next step on their Reiki and personal development journey.  I also love to read, so the in depth manuals and master notes you have produced and provided will be much used,  thank you again and I trust that you know that you have a gift for teaching.
