The story of the Phoenix rising from the ashes dates back thousands of years. To rise like a phoenix from the ashes means to emerge from trauma or hardships stronger, smarter and more powerful. The Phoenix symbolises renewed youth, rebirth, to emerge as new from something that has been destroyed and it is said that their tears have healing powers – that they are the strongest and powerful supernatural creatures!
So join us in the ancient ritual of shifting, releasing and letting go of of thought patterns and old beliefs that no longer serve you, that are holding you back. Thought processes that are clouding your judgement and keep you living in a fear based reality. This is a time for you to make space for new energy to enter your life, new opportunities, new beginnings, REBIRTH !
Our beautiful loving sacred space is where you can let go and share your fears, your trauma, your challenges, to be heard without judgement, to be heard without criticism. This is your time to release, to renew, to rejuvenate, to SHINE!
We will conclude with a meditation enabling you to RISE- RISE like a PHOENIX, out of the ashes – a symbol of rebirth, of courage, of strength to defeat life’s challenges and hard times.
